Yeah squadmates,
you all should know how our ICs feel.
They don't want anymore apologies.
What they want to see is improvement.
Seriously, we've given them too much empty promises already.
Lets just put ourselves into their shoes can.
People like sy, qp, jl, yl, etc etc have done too much for our squad already.
So please just do our part and make the rod dance a successful one can?
We didn't choreograph the dance so please dun give anymore comments la.
Just do it.
If you all don't like the dance move or whatsover, give ways to improve.
Dont just complain.
Okay.
And yeah,
you all might think that the 'long compos' sy, may, me and whoever have wrote are all crap.
But please la.
Grow up. Just 2 more years and we'll become NCOs already.
Have you all thought about that?
Seriously right, no offence but i really cant stand it when i hear some of you say 'i'll rather join ncc' or smthng like that.
Since we're already in NP, just make this 4yrs of RVNP life a memorable one can.
We're a squad.
Tell you all this.
Actually people from other CCAs envy how bonded we are you know.
i'm serious, my friend told me that. So yeah, that's all i can say.
Let us all just make our life and our ICs life easier by doing our part la.
Not just rod but for every act. okay? love you guys, squadmates.

I suddenly got the reality hit that we don't have much time left.
And people, please stop saying that you are not staying because very few people are staying.

If everyone has the same thinking, there won't be anyone staying back le ma...
